PROBLEM THAT WE SOLVE:

Our solution addresses the problem of “Severe lack of access to financial services, through digital means, for the last mile under-served population of India.”

One of the main challenges facing the under-served population is the need for assistance in adopting digital technology. Many individuals in this segment are hesitant to use digital financial services due to various reasons, such as fear of transaction failures, potential fraud, and language barriers. In addition, we understand that language barriers can be a significant obstacle for many clients.

WHOM DO WE SERVE:

Our solution is designed to meet the needs of India’s financially excluded under-served population, which currently numbers around 700 million individuals. This segment of the population often faces significant challenges accessing affordable and reliable financial services, particularly in the 0.65 million villages across India.

In addition, many of these individuals have migrated to urban areas in search of better livelihood opportunities. However, the characteristics of the urban under-served population are not vastly different from those in rural areas, and they also face significant barriers to accessing financial services.

OUR SOLUTION

Our company has developed a unique “Phygital” solution that combines a cutting-edge technology platform with a robust front-end service delivery network. Our platform aggregates a variety of financial and non-financial services, which are all accessible through a single, user-friendly application that is available on both web and mobile devices.

To ensure that our services are accessible to all, we have established a franchisee network of hyperlocal Customer Service Points (CSPs). These CSPs are located in under-served geographies across India and serve as a vital link between our clients and our platform.

Through our CSPs, we are able to provide personalized assistance and support to our clients, helping to overcome any barriers or challenges they may face in accessing our services. Our CSPs are staffed by knowledgeable and trained professionals who are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service.
